I had previously purchased several carpets from S Williams but when I needed new flooring I knew S Williams was the right place for me. They came and measured the room I wanted fitted they acted quickly to give me a great price. Once everthing was ready and paid for they began fitting my new flooring. We have just had new carpets fitted throughout the whole of the upstairs in our house. The carpets are excellent quality and exactly what we wanted. The guys who came worked in our house adhering to safe covid working practice and did a great job. Polite, punctual and really hard working. They moved furniture and took great care when doing so and cleaned an tidied after they left. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Steve & his team offer a fantastic service. Steve’s advise was excellent, we were measured up within 10 mins of leaving the shop, priced there & then. Ordered & fitted the whole of our upstairs 3 days later. Fitting team were great, took our old carpets & underlay away & cleaned up. Doors needed trimming, this was organised by Steve & by the time we got home, everything was perfect. Amazing service, highly recommended for flooring & beds. Thank you Steve, nothing is too much trouble.
